What We Do:

From free downloadable resources, professional development classes, and quick tips we know this is the place people come if they want to "get gifted".

FAQ

  • Do these courses count towards my gifted endorsement?

Each state has its own requirements for endorsement. Some states require the professional development to be anchored in gifted standards and aligned to the National Association for Gifted and Talenteds Teacher Prepardness standards. Our courses have direct NAGC alignment and support many educators in applying these professional development hours to their endorsement transcripts so that they can apply for their gifted certifications with their state departments.

  • Why are the courses priced so low?

Our creator decided to keep everything affordable as a way to remove barriers that teachers face in getting research-based, evidence-backed and practical learning to benefit gifted and talented learners. It was really important to her to make sure teachers (who already have to pinch pennies and pay out the wazoo for their classrooms) can access this learning without breaking the bank.

  • What can one expect with the courses?

Every course has a mixture of readings, videos, discussion posts, assignments, survey's and quizzes that really help a learner truly "get gifted". What does that mean? Essentially, you WILL walk away from these courses feeling confident, excited, and ready to implement something you learned from your course. Not like other PD's where you walk away thinking "okay now how do I apply what I just learned?"

  • I am not a gifted teacher but an administrator. Can I still take these courses?

100%! These courses are geared towards educators, administrators, coaches, and coordinators. We know that serving the gifted and talented community happens at all levels. These courses can count towards professional growth and recertification.
